To start, I put on a primer from lash to brow and then covered it with Sephora Nano Liner in Pure White, creating a base to make the colors brighter. As a highlight under my brows and in the corners. I used NYX Ultra Pearl in White Pearl, then layered a white shadow from my Manly palette over that. Under the white, I began a gradient of colors, going from light turquoise to a kelly green; then I used Too Faced Cop a Teal in the crease, and a darker blue-green just below that. I lined my eyes with Buxom Lashliner in Leatherette, added wingtips with Lorac Front of the Line PRO, and added some green beneath my eyes.
