Sorry for the blurry picture today!
Trying to combine colors I haven't used before... pink and brown today, with some sparkle...
So... I'm allergic to marigolds. But they're so pretty!
More of my latest color obsessions, this time from Too Faced. I love their eyeshadows... sooo blendable!
Today I had a job interview, so I had to keep it pretty low-key. I hate these days! :(

What does the title have to do with this? I really don't know. "Green with envy," maybe? Blame the '90s and the Gin Blossoms.
I'm quite sure that, by the end of this, I'll have used every green combination that's possible. Green is my favorite color, and I was looking for an excuse to try one of these Avon pencils my mom got for me.
Today I felt like shimmer, so I used my NYX Pearl Mania loose shadows.
So this is what happens when I have only what's in my tiny emergency makeup kit that I carry in my little purse. I had the very end of an eyeliner, the nub of an NYX pencil, and an old Maybelline eyeshadow to work with. I can't even tell you what color the shadow is, since the label is completely worn off. I didn't line my lower lids because the pencil wasn't sharp at all... I don't know why I didn't just line them with shadow. Anyway, here we are...
Last eye for this theme week... since Beauxbatons was yesterday, it's only right to do Durmstrang today :)
And now to honor the schools of magic from the Triwizard Tournament! First up, from France...

Since I've done all four Houses, it's time for the House Cup (which, of course, Slytherin would win ;)
I saved my least favorite House for last (I'm a Slytherin, of course Gryffindor's my natural enemy! ;) I really liked the way this turned out though. Despite these colors representing a lot of things I dislike (including the Minnesota Gophers) I love the combination.
Still sick, still not leaving the house. I'm a sight right now... I have no face makeup on and I look like Rudolph with my red nose, but my eyes look like this!
Our ISP went down last night and just came back an hour ago, so I'm only getting this post up now! Eek. What does one do without Internet? Well, my husband and I watched a ton of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and nursed our illnesses with hot apple cider mixed with orange juice (try it, it's delicious.)
It's Sunday, which means I'm starting another theme week; this one for Harry Potter. I'm kicking it off with some green eyeshadow and snake scales in celebration of my house: Slytherin!
Feeling better today, so I was able to actually do something with my eyes!
Okay, so what I thought was a bad day for allergies actually turned out to be a really nasty cold. I have lost my voice completely (although that may have had something to do with talking over loud music until 2 am last night). But I'm dedicated to this! So I dragged my butt into my bedroom and did something that took all of two minutes, if that. It's not pretty, but I've got product on, dang it!
I'm coming at you from the tail end of martini night with my girls... I wanted to wear this cute new purple top I've got, so purple eyes it was!
Two neutrals in a row! Today I wanted a cool brown, so I added some subtle red tones.
This is actually yesterday's eye, but I ended up having an impromptu get-together with friends and we were up until 2 in the morning... and I completely spaced my post.
The trend may be over, but I'm not over it; I still love wearing all the military-inspired fashion I've collected. Today I was stepping out in a vintage WWII Army jacket, so I decided to put my eyes in uniform as well.
Green, gold, and silver. My favorite set of colors lately.
